It’s the little things that you do each day that add up to being fit and healthy. While we do what we can to be as health-conscious as we can, it is always a work in progress since there are many elements to a healthy lifestyle. So there are some tips to stay fit and healthy.

1:- Eat right at Right time
Eating healthy will help you to boost up your immune system. It will help you to maintain a healthy weight and can improve the overall health. Most of the time you don’t get proper time to eat or more often you take your meal at the wrong time. So the meal should be taken at the proper time and avoid heavy meals before going to bed or if you are having a heavy meal then it should be at least 2 hours before going to bed .
Workout in the busy schedule will be very difficult, but you should find out a way to give sometime to your body. One of the best ways you can do is that walk after every few minutes that is the best thing if you are working like 8 hours a day then you should walk after every one hour for 5 to 10 minutes this will keep you fresh and you feel good. Nowadays most of the office and colleges have the gym area where you can use a treadmill and do a small cardio workout that will be very beneficial for you.
3:- Get Enough Sleep
Nowadays most of the problems are due to lack of sleep, a major health-related problem like depression, anxiety, and stomach upset are due to only when you don’t get proper time to sleep. So keep your mobile switch off while sleeping so that you don’t get disturbed . The time you sleep in that only a few hours you get a good sleep. So there is a piece of advice before going to bed avoid drinking caffeine, eating and drinking right before bed.
4:- Cleanliness of body
Most of the flu are just spread because of the germs on your body . This is something which cannot be avoided so keep yourself clean, washing your hands before eating can be the savior for you. All the day you get close contact with so many people that you can’t judge who is suffering from which problem. So you should be very alert all the time regarding the germs we are getting in contact with others.
5:- Avoid tobacco
Nowadays every one smoke and few do this for stress reasons are few do it for fashion purpose. There are many diseases which are like lung cancer, heart disease, and emphysema which can be due to intake of tobacco. You can quit these with the help from the health care center they can assist you very well.
6:- Get Vaccinations
This is one of the most important things you should get all the flu-related vaccinations, that will provide you full care from the flu. This is one of the easy ways to avoid the flu. These injections can be costly but yes it will be saving your high hospital bills
7:- Drink lots of water
Water plays a very important role in our body, stay hydrated all the time. Water gives you energy throughout the day. Instead of having any artificially flavored drink you should drink water only.
8:- Avoid colored drinks
Artificial colored drinks are the one which harms you a lot. When we feel thirsty most of the time we prefer having artificially flavored soda and for the time being they help us a lot to get rid of our thirst so avoid having it. Try to drink fresh juice or if you are not getting anything which is fresh then have water that is the best thing .
Meditation is one of the best things to get rid of stress. Nowadays in India, it’s very common that every person who is doing a job is not having a healthy lifestyle for most of them having migraine, stress, back pain, anxiety, and depression. So your body needs some time to meditate and get free form mind related problems. Join few of the groups which every day go for yoga or meditation this will help you a lot throughout the whole day. You will feel fresh all the time.
