1 piece coconut
5 raisins
1 bowl pomegranate ( makes you feel less thirsty)
Coconut water .
+
1 glass milk add 1 banana 1 avocado add 1 teaspoon soaked oats add some spinach leaves make a smoothie sprinkle a pinch of cinamom or green cardamom powder and drink .
