In a day to day life the Coffee and Tea are the basic things which we consume either 2 -3 times a day. And few take more due to addiction to it, so more intake of both the things are not so good for the health you should take it in the limited form. These products contain Caffeine, this may boost your mood, metabolism and both physical and mental performance. When we consumed it in the low quantity then it is also good for health. A high intake of caffeine can cause health problems and have dangerous side effects.
High intake caffeine side effects
Sometimes you feel sleepy you think to buy a coffee for you and that will help to get rid of the Sleep, you become more alert after having a coffee. There is a brain chemical named adenosine which makes you feel tired and that thing is blocked by caffeine and at the same triggers, the release of adrenaline and boosts energy. The high intake of the caffeine may lead to anxiety and nervousness, you may also feeling rapid breathing and stress level will be increased.
One day before an exam when you plan to stay awake then the first thing which came in your mind is that Coffee ( Caffeine ) , keeps you up. Consuming it too much can make it difficult to get enough sleep. And not getting Enough sleep can cause many health-related issues. You will not get to know that the caffeine is effecting your sleep if you will keep consuming it more, so this may lead to Insomnia.
The caffeine intake in the normal form have health benefits.And if the word addiction is attached with caffeine then it can create a serious problem for you. The caffeine triggers in such a way as most of the leading Drugs does so it can be very harmful to your health. Addiction to anything in life creates a problem for us so keep the intake in a very low quantity.

After consuming caffeine you may feel like there is a rise in the blood pressure when the intake is more than the normal one. High blood pressure is a risk factor for heart attack and stroke because it may damage the arteries over time and it restricts the flow of blood to your heart and brain. Therefore whenever you take coffee please measure the intake which you are taking and always make sure about the quantity of the caffeine should be less and there should be a time gap after every intake.
5. Gastrointestinal Disturbance
You may face a problem with the digestive system are consuming too much caffeine it may include stomach ache, gas, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, nausea and feel like vomiting. Stomach ache and the Vomiting are the too common things which you will feel if every time you are facing this kind of problem then you must visit your local doctor and ask for a prescription and avoid taking caffeinated products.
